The Security Innovation
Our software uses a proprietary, patent-pending memory-mapping architecture. It pulls sensitive data into an isolated, volatile RAM enclave, processes it locally with a fine-tuned specialized model, and writes an immutable, time-stamped evidence log for court-admissible compliance. The Deployment Moat
Aegis Intelligence LLC remains an independent IP and licensing company. Two separate sister companies execute the operational layers: ASC AI System Center trains Aegis-certified technicians through a focused certification program, and AI TAC-OPS dispatches those technicians nationwide to deploy, tune, and support local AI nodes. This is the workforce answer to the personnel bottleneck described in the Problem page.
The Certified MSP/VAR Channel
We are software-only and maintain 60% to 75% licensing margins. We do not sell directly to end users. We mobilize the global network of independent IT providers, managed service providers, and system builders — the certified MSP/VAR channel. They source commodity hardware, handle local networking, and manage installation. Aegis gets global scale without a hardware logistics footprint; local IT providers get a high-margin revenue stream selling Sovereign AI Enclaves.
The Unfair Defensive Moat
- Insulated from the giants: Google, OpenAI, and cloud incumbents cannot compete because their business model depends on data aggregation and massive cloud consumption. They are structurally incapable of selling an un-monitored, decentralized, local-first box.
